I discovered this gem in a library years ago. Unfortunately, it was out-of-print; I promised myself that I would find one in a resale shop no luck!
Years passed; suddenly I found a newly revised version in a local store; I couldnt get the book home fast enough. This edition is even better than the one I saw in the library; the author has added many recipes.
This book is practical and easy to use. Some of the helps:
