This book is excellent; for a grandson afraid of the dark it gave some interesting ideas for questions.

I enjoyed this book. This book was written for children. It clearly explained how salvation works.

This is a wonderful classic parable, re-told for children.
A slight warning about this edition though... this is more of a pamphlet than a book. The other edition is a regular-size children's book with pictures and larger print. I would recommend that one instead, especially for children. However the story is excellent, and that part (the story) is the same either way.
