The third book in this series is considerably better than the second. Emma Brinkman, one of the 5 Brinkman sisters of Eden, Colorado, is not interested in anything but being a successful businesswoman. In an effort to open the mine their father had claimed many years before, the Brinkman family found Beranger North, the illegitimate son of a duke. He is a self-made man and an expert in mining.
It looks like there will be at least one more book in this series because Mavis and Katie are still single. There was more going on in this story, which made it seem to move faster than book 2.
