Raised in the backwoods of CAnada with her trapper grandfather, Kendra is happy. She does want something more though. She makes the move to go to University where she meets someone and finds God but she is torn because she still longs for her wilderness home.

Heat of Wilderness is another great story by Janette Oke. The women of the west series in really enjoyable.
