Harriet Hargrave was one of the early masters of machine quilting. Her book is considered by many to be authoritative on the subject.

this book is missing a 2 inch square piece of the front cover. I decided to post it because it is such a valuable reference for quilting. I live in pennsylvania not far from Lancaster county where the Pa. dutch mennonite and amish are so good at quilting. only order it if you can accept such a small disfigurement. it does not impact the book in the least. I found it very useful. step by steps from beginner to expert, color photos, diagrams to use for templates. I hope someone will find it as useful as I did.
