Henry Randolph Luce and Clare Boothe Luce became well known during their lifetimes. He and a friend founded Time to which he was so bonded that his will that Time Inc. was the beneficiary in his will. Clare searched her entire life for stature and meaning in her life. Their paths were linked by their marriage, their intellects, their challenges and their goals.
