Rebecca Zanetti is a new author to me. This is the first book in her Deep Ops series. This romantic suspense story was full of action, romance, suspense, and a good dose of humor. I was thoroughly entertained by the story and the crazy characters. Angus has put together a team of misfits to stop an imminent terrorist attack. I'm ready to jump into the next book in the series. My rating: 4.5 Stars.

Excellently plotted and suspenseful with interesting characters. A cross between romance and a political thriller, centered around a cult with a charismatic who is primed to do some unknown kind of damage in the outside world.
This is my first read by Zanetti and I have already lined up the next few entries in this series to consume!

Zanetti never fails to entertain with her unique characters and this new book is a great start to a new series. While I loved Malcolm and Pippa, my favorite character was Roscoe, the dog. His personality will have you laughing all the while enjoying the suspense that Zanetti is so great at building. Can't wait to see who's going to be in the next book in this series!
