I chose this for this month's "Vampire" theme in my online book club, The Reading Cove, and I'm sorry to say I couldn't finish it.
Aside from the fact that it was a not-so-subtle Twilight Saga knock-off, the narrative was rather sophomoric and Harlequin-like. I gave it close to 50 pages, and by then I knew it definitely wasn't for me, so I jumped to the end and found more of the same. Very little is actually fresh or original here. And for a book written for adults, it had much more of a young adult tone and narrative.
DNF. Seasoned readers might want to skip this one.
