I haven't read any of the other Krewe books, I gave up on Heather Graham a long time ago, but this popped up at the library and being between books I decided to try this one.
I can't give it any better than a 3 star rating, it is easy to read and isn't very long but yet it has a lot of repeat in it and if you took that out then book would be down to about 200 pages and I don't have a clue why they have 400 pages listed, it is actually 301 pages.
The story really doesn't advance very quick but yet it will keep your attention at a slow pace. The characters were okay but none were memorable. There was a little romance going on but it wasn't anything really worth mentioning and it seemed ridiculous the way it unfolded.
After I finished I thought it was a good enough read for something simple and quick but yet it seemed to be almost comical and ridiculous but then I don't read paranormal stories.
