This book IMHO was just as enjoyable as the first two if not more so. I loved the character development which keeps building in each book. The descriptions of Vermont are wonderful and make me want to visit, since I've never been there. As an animal lover, I really like the interactions of the characters and their furry companions. This book has a great combination of everything to love in a book and I will keep reading as long as Ms. Munier keeps writing! Highly recommend this read!

I absolutely LOVE this series! I can't get enough of Elvis and Susie Bear and their humans have their moments as well. I still think my favorite is the 2nd book of the series but the ending of this 3rd one was wonderful! I hope there will be many more books with these characters.
Another excellent story in the Mercy Carr series. Good page turner with some interesting twists that you don't see coming.
