High School Math teacher looking for suggestions of some great math books! Not only ones that I could use in the classroom (open to any math topic) or just some good math related books to read in my spare time!

Have you read any of the  "Cartoon Guides"?  There are cartoon guides to algebra, statistics, chemistry, etc.  All are good reading/refreshers/or even learning the topic for the first time.  I have enjoyed several of them in math and science.

One of my very favorites, which I have gone through myself for a refresher, is Professor E. McSquared's Calculus Primer.  There are the original version and a new version.  I'm sure you can find these on ebay or bestwebbuys.com or even paperbackswap.com.

I will try to think of other ones, plus look at my collection, and post again.  I love reading these books, too!
