I love the way this book is worded, it's like Jessica Porter is standing in your kitchen, talking to you as you cook the recipes or sitting in your living room dishing with you like one of your best friends from college. This is written the way real people think and I find that refreshing!

Not exactly what I was looking for. I wanted more of a recipe book to add some new things to my vegetarian diet. If you want "spiritual" teachings and some recipes, it's ok.

Really love this book! Great info on the macrobiotic diet without overloading you. Quick and easy read. I would recommend this book.
