This a very interesting quick-to-read text on dealing with the Hispanic culture both in South America and Spain. It covers important topics such as what is considered impolite topics for conversation, how the postal system works, as well as how to correctly address people etc. Very useful & informative especially if you plan on visiting any of these places, or live in a highly Hispanic population like Los Angeles.
