Very funny book on the deepest, darkest mysteries of life and answers to the most hysterical home purchase questions.
Read this a few years ago. It was ok. Reread it a short time after buying my first house. Now it's really funny. :)
Dave Barry still can make me laugh until I choke--this one fills the bill
You can tell this is one of Barry's earlier books. It is shorter and not as polished as some of his later works. Still, any fan of Dave Barry who has ever gone through the headache that is involved in purchasing and/or selling a home should really get some laughs from this. We did. :)

short but funny as only Dave Barry can be - this book was a present when we moved into our newly purchased home. Makes great bathroom reading in those first months.
