A book swap.. Original mailer adds books that he/she no longer needs/wants to a flat rate box. Good condition, of course. Then she sends it to the first person on the mailing list. That person takes whatever he/she would like as long as he/she replaces it with equal amount of books. Then she sends it to the next person on the list...etc.
