This series ended a lot better than it started. I think book 3 is still my favorite, but this one was lots of fun!

Great reading! Last in the "Lone Star" series and if you have read the previous 3, you will want to read this one! Really ties up loose ends from the previous 3....

Great ending for series. So much heartache but love prevails. Great characters.
This book was hard for me to get into so I am re-posting it.
I am so dissappointed that this series is OVER!!!! I LOVED IT!! Every one of these books in this series is fantastic!! This is the last book of the series and it did NOT dissappoint! Can't wait to start reading the fools gold series...i hope it's as good as this one. Garth and Dana are adorable....although I was skeptical at first cause I didn't know how I was going to see Garth as a good guy and Dana as attractive but surprisingly I did!! FANTASTIC!!
This is one of the best series of books I've read in YEARS!! If you start at Book 1 you wont be disappointed!! I devoured all four books. Don't miss this series! Enjoy!
It's a tie between Garth and Dana's story and Izzy and Nick's story as my favorites in the Lone Star Series. I was upset with Garth in Straight from the Hip because of what he did to Nick and Izzy, but he redeemed himself in Hot on her Heels. I found myself rooting for him and feeling sympathy for his situation. Izzy was great in her determination to bring Garth into the family, which was very admirable after his behavior in the beginning. Absolutely worth the read.
