If you have ever worked in a hotel, this book is very amusing. If you have never worked in a hotel, you are not going to believe some of these stories. As I have worked in hotels for over ten years, ranging from ghetto-located Best Westerns to the beautiful, historic, Highlands Inn, I can attest that most of these stories are true!

What an entertaining read! What life is like in a 24-hour period in a 5 star luxury London hotel. You wouldn't believe some of these stories!
