Antonia and Stefanie have plans drawn up to remodel the building to be an upscale boutique hotel for women travelers with all the amenities and personal touches they themselves appreciate. Their first project is the top two floors, which they plan to make into European-style suites. Stef sees these floors as a real money-maker for the hotel and a way to pay off some of their debt.
After a bad experience with their first contractor, Antonia wants to interview an old teammate of hers from college, Jocelyn Reynolds. Stefanie's reaction is negative. She remembers Jock as an arrogant womanizer who constantly teased her about her height. Antonia persists to the point of a least forcing them to get a bid from Jock's construction company.« less
