An interesting story, two different time lines (which seems to be the thing in books now).A bunch of scary crazy stuff going on in the House on Biscayne Bay. Though I pretty much figured it out about 3/4 the way through, there were still enough surprises to keep me guessing.
Sweeping story about the history of a house built in Miami at the end of WWI. A wealthy NY husband surprises his wife with the construction of a mansion unlike any other for her birthday. Tragedy follows in the wake of their moving in. Decades later, history seems to repeat itself with new owners. Can the house be haunted? Fast paced and riveting story.
