Good read of a child. Gets the imagination rolling.
i liked this book a lot, it had a very weird plot line but i liked it. not the normal book i would read, but i would definitely read it again.
This is a great mystery and has a very interesting ending and thats all I'm going to say.

I picked this book up at a garage sale meaning to pass it on, but enjoyed reading it so much that I'm keeping it. The best way to describe it is weirdly interesting. It's about 12-year-olds and a mysterious comic book and a girl's journey to find out how her Dad died. It has a little bit of comedy, some sad stuff, some scary stuff, some profound stuff and plenty of strange. I'm actually curious to see if anyone else would enjoy it as much as I did.

Great young adult fiction. Also a great coming-of-age book for those kids who are not as popular as they might hope to be.

I didn't really like this book, but just because it's not for me doesn't mean it's not for you.

With a swimming medal, the key to a mansion, and a comic book about a half-man/half-rat as her only clues, a 12-year-old girl seeks the true story of her father's mysterious death four years earlier near an island in the Pacific Northwest.
