As a spouse who was cheated on, I recommend this book very much. Clear, concise, sympathetic to the faithful spouse. Short enough to be able to get through the whole thing with a brain that feels like it's been fried. I usually can't stomach typical "self help" books, but this helped me see that what I was asking of my spouse (honesty and openness about his affair and to stop downplaying what he did and stop the damage control/lies) was not unreasonable and in fact is part of what the author recommended for anyone attempting to rebuild a shattered marriage. I don't know if my marriage will make it or not but hopefully this book will help you have a better chance.
