This is a great little guide to learning how to let go of low self-esteem issues and get the boyfriend you deserve. It's written in a humorous style and is a very easy read. The two authors have created their own language which takes a bit of getting used to at first. But they include a dictionary in the back so if you skip ahead you won't be completely lost. It also includes a few little workbook style exercises. Most of what they talk about concerns the emotional issues of dating and sex which makes it a perfect guide for teens just starting to date. Just don't expect this book to be a kama-sutra style guide to positions or techniques. All in all it's a great little read.
