Great little how to book.
A great book to daydream with... and perhaps make those dreams come true? The authors know the Bed and Breakfast and Boutique Hotel business, and can offer glimpses into the life of an innkeeper (acquiring the inn, handling finances, planning for legal and insurance needs, promoting the business, and taking care of guests). A good practical guide for making the decision of a lifetime.
