However, I understand about being scammed--- I was scammed three times by "agents". (Brenda Bailey and Jackie Baskow were two of them so that you will know not to trust them.)

There's an article about warnings about using "Author Solutions" to publish. Always good to get a warning, so if you do plan to use them to be aware of possible problems. Especially since they're becoming tied in to Penquin Random House.
