A big disappointment. The characters were one dimensional & the sex just was a so predictable. For an anthology to have 3 so-so stories is not good. These are 3 authors I won't read again.

The first story in the book was okay, although it was short (3 chapters). The story was not very realistic in how quickly they just fell for each other. Since it was just three chapters I guess they had to hit the ground running.
The second story was just so boring I tended to just skip pages of it. Characters are one dimensional and you don't develop any kind of connection with them.
I didn't even bother with story three since I couldn't even force myself to finish story two.

Unlike the other two reviewers, I LOVED this book. Gail Faulkner became my new favorite author. Romeo by Gail Faulkner is a quick read. They have issues to work out later with his overprotectiveness and her need for adventure. By the end of the story, you're routing for them to overcome thems and wishing there was a second installment featuring either of their families.
Hurt so Good by Lisa Renee Jones isn't as well written. She wants a one night stand, he wants to work for happily ever after. So it's a bumpy ride.
Sizzle by Sahara Kelly was interesting. The main characters have a history and she's wary of him after their high school years.
All in all, this is a light hearted book that should be enjoyed. I have liked other stories by Jones and Kelly better, but I definately wouldn't recomend just skipping over these two stories.

I liked the first story, but I wish it was longer. That last two stories I barely skimmed over and then went and ate a piece of string cheese--this was much more interesting
This was, by far, the worst anthology I've ever read. There's nothing wrong with a good, strong alpha male, but these 'heroes' were so over-the-top, one-track-mind that they were obnoxious. There is a difference between being focused & obsession, & apparently these three authors haven't a clue about that. Of course, the women all had 'issues' that had to be overcome, but when they changed their 'no's' to 'yes', it was so lightning quick that is just didn't make sense. Save your credit & pass on this one - it's a waste of time.
Romeo is a great story, starts a little fast, but wow! Love strong men. Sizzle, sizzles... touches on BDSM.

I liked this book! Typical romance with steamy sex scenes.
good book!
I really loved the first Story "Romeo" about a heart transplant recipient finding her love and living her life. The other stories were okay.
