Not deep, but a good fun sci-fi adventure.
This entire trilogy was very well written and is an attention getter for any generic science fiction fan. Alan Dean Foster has a way with words to make you imagine right along with the book and also makes it hard to put down at times.
I didn't know what I was getting when I picked up this science fiction book. Turns out that I got fun.
