If I could give this book 6 stars I would. Amy Carmichael left her comfortable Victorian England and acclimitized herself to India, with love drawing the people around herself to Christ. It was not easy but it bore great fruit. This book is a series of short thoughts about how we fail to live in Calvary love. Be prepared to think - to do as Philippians says "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ."

A book for the truly committed Christian - Poems by a missionary to India in early 1900s. For those who know the biography of Amy Carmichael this is a special treat.
