Bob Jones is an average, run-of-the-mill guy. He has a beautiful girlfriend, has just gotten out of college, and is looking for a job. He is taken in at an office building, where his job isn't clear, his immediate boss hates him, and his colleagues seem not to notice he's there.
That's when Bob begins to suspect something. His favorite songs are all top-5 hits. His favorite movies are box-office smashes. He likes prime-time TV, enjoys fast-food chains and hotel-esque decorating.
Bob Jones is average.
But he's not alone. He is being watched, being prepared, by a man named Philipe, a man who possesses a knowledge that Bob wants to have. Philipe proclaims himself as a Terrorist for the Common Man...and he, and his followers, are also Ignored.
At first, life as an Ignored is interesting. Bob is finally among people like him, people who are Ignored. But then the glamor wears off. Philipe wants to do something, something big, something that will get the world to notice them.
But they are being followed...and there is yet another threat, one Bob must face if he is to survive, one burning question that needs an answer:
Can you be Ignored by the Ignored?

Bob Jones is your ordinary guy, with a good job and a pretty girlfriend. Yet Bob has to admit he does have one problem. Nobody notices him, nobody remembers him. In a life where the common man goes unrecognized, Bob Jones is...ignored.
But one day Bob Jones is noticed. He is remembered. But he may have wished to remain unseen, for what the stranger who calls himself Philipe has in mind for him is something horrible. Something dreadful. He has revenge on his mind. Revenge against a world that has long ignored not just Bob, but others.
It's payback time for...THE IGNORED!

Very good read, original idea, pretty good characters. It lags a bit here and there, but overall kept me reading.

another great Bently Little hooror book
Bentley can be a hit or a miss for me and this was a miss.
I made it through Part 1 just because I wanted to see where it was going and when I got into Part 2 it just got boring and of course the foul language and sexual scenes are usually just filthy, I lost interest just a few pages into part 2.

Probably Little's best work. Great characters, an intriquing plot, and an ending you won't forget.
I normally love Bentley Little, but this book just (an excuse this) pissed me off! I just didn't get how someone could allow themselves to be walked over how he was. Needless to say, I didn't finish this book.
Not his usual fare. Did not even finish it.
