A seminal work in western philosophy, Illusions is both elegantly simply and deceptively thought provoking. It is also an interesting and fun irreverent story! This is about my 7th copy. I keep lending them to friends who ask if they can keep the book!

Very "new-age." A fast read (I read it aloud in an afternoon) entertaining while thought provoking as to the nature of the universe and man's place in it. Philosophy made easy!

Well, if somehow you don't know the story of Jonathan Livingston Sea Gull, here's another offering from Richard Bach. It's fun; it's transporting and it's thought provoking. I loved it.

Illusions is delightful. I've become a new-old fan of Richard Bach's work (in fact, I have his "One" open on my lap even now as I write this review).

With Illusions, Bach carried me up in his little airplane and introduced me to his teachers and ideas in a fast-moving story which left me inspired and a little breathless.

Bravo, Mr. Bach. You're a gift to the world.

This book was given to me and over the years I have passed on many copies to other people. I think this is Richard Bach's best book. Aside from being a good story, it reminds us that our world is how we make it.

This book, while being a quick read, was very thought provoking. I really enjoyed it.
