If you are really into aromatherapy, the essential oils and the herbs, then this is the book for you. This is a very comprehensive book with information on over 160 oils. GIves excellent detail on the herb with photo. The detail includes the botanical names, the family, safety data and uses. It does not offer any "recipes" I would say this book is for the very detail oriented beginner or intermediate to advanced aromatherapist or herbalist.
