This book is insightful. It provides a window for one to use to see what may be holding one back during big decisions or simply during daily life. The author uses real cases to illustrate his opinions.

This should, however, be read with some caution. The author would sometimes have one believe that any psychological disaster is due to one being a victim of ones experiences.
