I enjoyed it; the usual Koontz conflict of good vs evil, and a foray into how true goodness can survive in this world; set in an underground lair.
This version includes the bonus short story/prequel Wilderness. I recommend you read it first (even though it's at the back of the book).
I really enjoyed this book. I'm not usually a fan of Koontz (or his regular genre), but this one pulled me in and didn't disappoint in the end. Great book!
