I use this book to reinforce basic math skills for 6th graders with learning disabilities. Games are simple and simple to learn. I photocopy and laminate selected pages, then the kids play the game for 10 or 15 minutes. For example, in "Black Hole" each student starts with 200 points, then keeps a running tally as he or she subtracts numbers a chip lands on. The only bad part is a custom spinner you make from one of the pages. It's flimsy and work well.
