Dr. Tinkle's book Issues and Management of Joint Hypermobility is considered THE book to have concerning hypermobility. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, hypermobility type (formally type 3). The book is only 144 pages and I read it in one sitting. It is very informative about a subject that it is almost impossible to find information on. Dr. Tinkle goes through 37 chapters giving basic and vital information about each chapter heading. Some of the chapters are: Use of Medication for Pain, Jaw and Dental Issues, Joint Laxity, Coping, Skin, and Wrist/Hand. This is a great reference book to keep on hand for people with hypermobility problems, those that take care of them, and those who know someone with it. It is definitely a book I'll reread over and over and refer to often. Thanks Dr. Tinkle.
