Intensely creepy and a very clever blend of House of Leaves and the legend of Winchester House. Philosophical ramblings did tend to bog the story down a bit but the house memories that kept playing out like a film reel and that definite bad seed of a boy gave me gooseflesh. A solid addition to your fave haunted house list. 3.5 stars.
