good book helps with understanding the bible
Biblical fiction from Tyndale House Publishers. This book is the story of the disciple John, the "Beloved Disciple".
This was a fantastic book! I felt that I was challenged in some of the same ways as John was as he met and traveled with the master. I highly recommend it.
a great read, very close to what his life was told in the Bible.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is on on-targt biblically and the author's story gave John a personality that I had not though much about before. Descriptions were vivid for me and thought provoking especailly when comparing things that could have happened then to things that happen now.
