Not Pattersons best, but defintiely worth your time. It takes about 100 pages for the story to really get going, but once it does, its a good thrill ride that is typical Patterson. I would recommend this to any Patterson fan, or fan of suspense novels. Good beach read.

Another winner from James Patterson. A powerful mobster is captured and put on trial. And, after they are selected, bad things start happening to the jurors. Even the trial judge begins acting strangely and like she's being pressured. Will they cave in and give this dispicable mobster his freedom? Or, will justice prevail? There's quite a bit of courtroom drama, but it's a good read and well worth the time spent.

Another page turner by James Patterson. Andie DeGrasse, a jury member, and Nick Pellisante, a senior FBI agent, become involved in a chase for their life.

Bestsellers Patterson and Gross (Lifeguard) once again deliver what their fans expect in this slapdash revenge thriller. When mob godfather Dominic Cavello is finally brought to trial by FBI agent Nick Pellisante, his longtime nemesis, the accused is strangely unconcerned even as a parade of his former criminal associates finger him as having ordered a hit on a corrupt businessman. The gangster's plan to intimidate the decision-makers at his trial reaches its climax when he arranges for a bomb to blow up the bus transporting the jury. The sole survivor teams up with Pellisante to make Cavello pay.

FBI agent Nick Pellisante has made it his life's work to nab Dominic Cavello, a viscious mobster known as "The Electrician". But when he finally arrests him at a Cavello family wedding, two of Nick's closest colleagues are killed during the sting. Nick vows that Cavello will spend the rest of his life behind bars, but at the trial, Cavello's strong arm tactics make it impossible for the jury to speak out and convict him. Then a professional assassin with a talent for explosives makes sure they keep silent for good. Juror#11, single mom Andie DeGrasse, is the only survivor and now has a very personal reason to get Cavello. She and Nick will stop at nothing to bring the ruthless mobster to justice, even if it means taking the law into their own hands.

Quality story. Keeps you interested all the way to the end!
Very disappointing !Iam a huge patterson fan and this was so below his usual . A very fast read but such a let down!
It's James Patterson, need I say more!!!!
Excellent!! Loved it! Its a definite page-turner! You dont want to miss reading this book if you havent already!
Good Book, never a dull moment. I can see Nick and Andie making a show in another book.
loved this book read it in one day it was that good!!!!
I couldn't put this book down. I loved it!
Great Patterson/Gross book. Hard to put down.
james patterson good as usual
I enjoyed this book very much. It was a good thriller and non-stop action. Much better than some of his other collaboration books.
For fans of James Patterson, this is another thriller guaranteed to keep you guessing until the last page is turned.
While this book was a page-turner and an easy read, I found almost all of it to be unbelievable - including the antagonist, Domenic Cavello. A mafia boss has a wife and children, Mr. Cavello does not. And since I don't want to give away anything that happens in the book, I will just say that he would NEVER divulge his whereabouts...
But still an enjoyable read!
But still an enjoyable read!
I read this book at a fast speed. Its exciting, intriging, and even emotional. Those who like substance and energy in the plot will love this book.
Fast paced suspense. Hard to put down.
Excellent.
Great book!
Trial processions of a mafia boss.
The ultimate legal thriller where the judge and jury are terrified. The verdict: run for your life. "Thankfully for Patterson fans, Judge & Jury is another home run." - Ottawa Sun
A great Patterson read. Compelling, interesting and full of twists but not so complicated that you can't put it down and pick it up again quickly. Great new characters.
In my opinion, not one of his best. The details were not realistic. I work in a courtroom and I guarantee you there is no way a judge would ever talk to a juror off the record in chambers without counsel present. That is a mistrial waiting to happen.
Very enjoyable read, of course I'm a big James Patterson fan.
Typical of James Patterson, never a dull moment and the ending is spectacular. I loved this one too.
Great suspense novel frm Patterson and Gross. Sad though the book made me cry

Love James Patterson and his ghost writers -- this one would make an excellent movie!
Good Read...Typical Patterson
Great Patterson book. Fast moving and enjoyable!
Quick read that keeps your attention. The short chapters are like the Energizer Bunny.........you keep going and going.........
"From #1 bestselling author James Patterson comes the ultimate legal thriller where the judge and jury are terrified. The verdict: run for your life."
another suspenseful book...easy to read and hard to put down...
Another great Patterson book!
I really enjoyed this book, much more than some of Patterson's latest. Lots of action. A quick, good read.
Typical Patterson, action never stopped. Very quick read.
Legal thriller that you can't put down!
Excellent story!
Excellent story, quick read. Typical Patterson fare.
Great thriller, what you expect of Patterson.
This is a good book and quite exciting. On a par with his other books
Quite short, but a great read!
My mom called it a "hum-doozy", whatever that is. I guess it describes it pretty well. Action at every turn of the page all over the world. Not much more you could ask for from a thriller, really. FBI, mobsters, courtroom drama, vigilante justice. Yep, that just about covers it.
could not put it down for an excellent book. for it will not grab hold until the 8th chapter as it did with me and then it was off and running and loved every page of it.
alana.
alana.
Not Patterson at his best. Reads like a made for a movie script.
Especially when the hero has the assassin in his gun sight and shoots him in the leg (instead of shooting to kill) and the assassin then chases the hero through the town with a bullet in his leg. Enough, already!

Best Patterson I've read in a while! I really liked this one!
Great book! Very nerve wracking, all the way through. James Patterson is one of the best authors around.
Hard to put the book down. Very good book.
Typical James Patterson. Good, fast-pace, quick read but sort of quick and unlikely resolution.
It is a good one. I didn't want to put it down.
I could not put this book down.

Excellent book! Read it in one night!
Incredible! This new Patterson book kept me guessing 'til the end. One of his best so far - I love his Alex Cross series also, so check those out too.
Really exciting to read.
I love James Patterson and no matter what the story is, its always great and he seems to always "get me" in the end. I think I have figured it all out, and then there is something else... great, great story!
Good read, sure will think about jury duty differently now.
Great, Awesome... it's Patterson, what more can I say?
As usual...James Patterson is very good.
I LOVE the combination of these authors. Anything they write together is fantastic! A real page-turner!!
GREAT book! Patterson never lets me down.
a great read one of his best
This was not an interesting courtroom drama or an action packed mystery thriller, but it was a good enough story line to keep your attention. I was satisfied with the writing and the ending.
Another WOW book for me completed by James Patterson! This book was non-stop action from start to finish. It is Law N Order meets Sopranos all rolled into one. The book had passion! Thought and perfect timing on every point! The end was even better. Just when you thought it was all over it continued that extra leap. It made me wanting more for the book to continue on yet it was the PERFECT ending to a wonderful thrill ride! Way to go James Patterson on another awesome book!

I always enjoy reading James Patterson's books. He is a master at creating suspense and mystery. Another good read by a great author.
It was interesting, but not memorable.
good read
great easy story- but there sre parts that involve children that go over the top and are distressing
This is James Patterson -- that means (to me) it is a very good read. This is one superior legal thriller, very hard to put down.
Good read, very fast!
Absolutely loved. Patterson does not disappoint. I'm involved in the court system so I particularly liked it.
This is, in fact, the large print edition of this novel, purchased from the Large Print Book Club -- it is certainly easy to read! PBS wouldn't accept the actual isbn on the book so I just used the one from the regular-print novel. The novel is terrific, a fast moving and exciting plot -- recommended reading!
A great legal thriller that pits two people against the most vicious and powerful mobster since John Gotti. Guaranteed to keep you in suspense!
A good thriller, hard to put down. A mob boss is up for trail in which everyone is terrified of him. And when a juror is threatened, an FBI agent puts it all on the line...
This is another good book by James Patterson...fast paced and an interesting story
Another great Patterson book
