This book is not for the faint of heart. There are pages and pages describing child abuse and rape. I think some better editing should have been done.
This is a new series that actually began is Blythe and Victor's (Czar) story. The band of bikers were all trained assassins from one of the Russian "schools". Reaper is an interesting character with some real problems after being brutally trained from the age of 4 along with his birth brother and Czar. Anya is supposed to be his love interest but there is very little love involved. Also we never learn anything meaningful about her life before she began working in the biker bar just that she was raised in homeless shelters by a young drug-addicted mother. That's it?? Not really any romance just endless "Oh Baby!" sex.
Even though there are lots of interesting members of this gang, I don't think I will continue with this series. I really do like some romance in my romance novels.
