Four sweet stories about finding love on the Kansas prairie. Fast-reading Christian fiction about four women from the same family and the trials they go through to find their way in the world and the men of their dreams. Always stubborn and prideful, these four have some spiritual growing to do before they can finally give in to God's will. Fun to read!

This is a great Christian based book, based in the 1800's. It was very detailed in the life style of that time period and the struggles that had to be dealt with. It is about love not only human love, but the love of Christ!

I really enjoyed reading about the St. John family in this book. From the woman who finds love by answering an ad for a wife and mother to the woman who gives speeches about women's right to vote.... Tracey Bateman does a great job writing historical romance novels that I love to read.

I loved these stories and the characters. Stories of strong women in the old days are so inspiring and these women have much to teach us about strength and courage.

The second is of Tarah, who has a strong and independent spirit. The third is of Laney, who was treated badly as a child and then found a home. Great book! Was so refreshing to read a really good book w/out a lot of sex and violence in it! This is really 4 books in one..each subsequent book after the first follows a member of the original family/book. So many times after reading a book you want to keep reading on..wondering what happened to certain characters in their lives etc and this book does just that! You really get to know the families and their lives.
If you like the Little House on the Prairie type books, you will really enjoy this one!
