P.I. Kat Colorado gets a run for her money chasing down blackmailers!
It seems several people are being forced to contribute to Hope for Kids, an organization helping handicapped children. Quite a few engaging characters in the book - a good weekend read.

I've loved every one of her books.
This series is intelligently written with flashes of humor throughout the attention-holding mystery.
They get better and more complex as the series progresses.
