This book is outstanding in clarity and the author's grasp of the subject. It goes well beyond the use of positive suggestion, and delves into a deeper psychological understandng of why people overeat, offering an integrated program of weight control. I think it should be considered a standard guide for anyone seeking to get rid of excess poundage . . . and "keep it off"! You'll learn a lot about yourself, too.
