I have read well over 500+ books. This is the only book that I have read more than once in my adult life. The characters - incredible, plot - intricately woven. I laughed, I cried, held my breath, wished, hoped! This book touched every facet of why I love to read.

I have been waiting, over a decade, for a sequel to this book. That's the only negative thing I would have to comment upon. It ends...but there was enough wiggle room for another book.

Overall, this is the only book that I would selfishly, never swap. Hope you get a chance to read it.

This book has it all - romance, magic, passion, conflict, etc... I really enjoyed the story.

This is a great novel. There is the kind of Historical detail that keeps you facinated with the story. There is romance of the believable kind. And, maybe best of all, there is magic that could only come from mideval Wales. I loved that the main characters' childhoods were explained throughout the story. This lent great depth to understanding the times and the reasons for people's actions. Knights in shining armour, wise and naughty wizards and women to be reckoned with, the best of historical novels.
