Kinda disappointing. Not alot of foods my kids would eat. Eggplant roll-ups..ugh...I wouldn't eat that!
I'm a big Rachael Ray fan, but this book was a waste of money. The recipes had a lot of ingredients that I can't imagine ANY kid eating.

I am on a strict budget and I thought that this book might use simpler and cheaper ingredients than her regular books. Well, it doesn't really. Some of the recipes seem highly spiced for kids. FYI- I was surprised that this was a small book, only 6" square.

There are lots of good recipes that are quick and easy, but I am not so sure that you will get kids to eat some of them. Spinach and Broccoli pizza and eggplant rollups are a couple that I would not cook for a kid.
