This is an anthology of excellent writers. It's part horror, part erotic and part fantasy. The stories depict characters whose love goes beyond the grave; a desire that reaches beyond the grave. This anthology could just as easily been called :Passionate Love Beyond the Grave. The erotic is quite mild in most of the stories. There's one story I found disgusting though guys and some women may like it. "The Two Headed Man" by Nancy A. Collins actually turned my stomach and probably does for many readers which is probably why it never made it to the movies. In any case, the other stories weren't really scary but their combination of fantasy and horror plus good writing makes them worth reading. Some of the writers who have stories in this anthology are: Ursula K. LeGuin, Lucius Shepard, Pat Cadigan, Marty Rosenblum, Robert Silverberg and Nancy Kress.
