It's very unfortunate that the perils of the world & the days we live in tries to dictate a tyrant hold(in the corners of some people minds) on telling a love story ..tsk, tsk!
We should not allow the world we live in cast a spirit of KILL JOY over relaxing, and enjoying a Good READ and cast an evil shadow over goodness & purity!

But his career ended in scandal and he is now teaching in a small Oklahoma college. As soon as he recognizes Shelley, he asks her to go for coffee with him. Shelley isn't sure if she's ready to face the man she never could get out of her head.
This story was first published in 1983 under Sandra Brown's pseudonym Erin St. Claire. The style of this story feels very dated. She tries to keep her distance from him until he starts kissing her...then she can't seem to stay away from him...until she suddenly comes to her sense and runs away. I have not read this book yet, but if you want to swap I will make sure to put it aside to read.
