Unfortunately, this story was lacking. I have enjoyed this Devil series until this book - it just fell flat. I enjoyed the premise of the story and it could have been quite good but it seemed as though Ms. Whiteside was in a hurry and wanted a short quick story rather than a great one. Yes, this could have been great, but would have required an additional effort and would likely have doubled the length of the text.

It was steamy and erotic in all the right places but felt a bit flat and forced there too. Maybe I'm just expecting too much...
