This cookbook has alot of fun original recipes but my favorite is "fairytale birthday cake" this cake was fairly easy to make and it looked better than something you buy at a bakery.... in a nutshell you take the top of a barbie doll (yes you have to take the legs off!!) and then you put her in the middle of a round cake and then decorate it with white fluffy icing (this is her dress)and then you also cover her chest with the icing to make the bodice of the dress. then you decorate with sprinkles and those sugar pearl things (they actually look like real pearls!!) it was so fun to make and it was so original and was a hit at my friend's daughters birthday!!!!
