I loved all the beautiful color photos of kitchens in this book. There are so many ideas to get your creative juices flowing! The chapters are on the New Country Kitchen; the Sophisticated Kitchen; the Expressive Kitchen; and Kitchen Storage. Most of the tips are for the kitchen used as a multfunctional room, yet many ideas can be applied to the smaller kitchen. From the New Country Kitchen - do you have old kitchen cabinets? Take off the doors and paint the old cabinets in bright enamel colors. Do you have beautiful dishes? Display them don't hide them behind doors. Mix and match the furnishings -- different chairs at the table, different patterned materials. The Sophisticated Kitchen shows the stainless steel, sleek, stark design kitchen. The Expressive Kitchen gives a 1950s look kitchen; a rustic kitchen; a blue kitchen; a 1930s designed kitchen; and more. Just so many ideas in this one book.
