Wonderful new graphic interpretation of the first book in Ann M. Martin's The Baby-Sitters Club series. Artist Raina Telgemeier remains faithful to the original text (much more so than, say, most film adaptors) and adds her own touches, Claudia's streaked bangs being just one example! Clean, easy-to-follow art style that substitutes pictures for words wherever possible.
