This is a light yaoi book, meaning it's mostly character driven. There's 1 graphic sex story but, that's about it. The bar "La Vie En Rose" acts like the background & connects the stories about the bar manager Makoto Shiraishi, part-time bartender Abe-kun & the patrons.
Maybe it's just me but, the book was a big yawn. I couldn't connect with any of the characters because the stories were so short. Everyone is kind of a mystery because you don't understand why they do or act a certain way.
